Solvent-free 2K polyurea-polyurethane hybrid for industrial flooring Engineered for high-traffic surfaces, X-8308 delivers flexible durability (55% elongation) with 12MPa tensile strength and 65 Shore D hardness. Features 100% solids formulation, 500+ micron build capability, and withstands thermal stress/concrete movement.

Strong Adhesion: Achieves superior bonding to properly prepared substrates when used with the recommended primer (UTS-1). Pull-off strength >2.5 MPa on concrete/asphalt and 8 MPa on steel.
Substrate Versatility: Suitable for application on treated concrete, asphalt floors, wood, floor tiles, and sandblasted carbon steel.
Flexible Performance: High elongation (55%) and tensile strength (12 MPa) allow the coating to handle substrate movement and impacts (35.5 Joules).
Customizable Appearance: Available in custom colors. (Note: A separate topcoat is recommended for outdoor applications requiring long-term color stability).
