The A3 Silicone Sealant is a premium single-component, silicone-modified polyurethane formulation engineered specifically for demanding exterior applications. Its exceptional resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and extreme weather aging makes it the ideal choice for permanently exposed joints where long-term durability is critical. Application
Surface Prep: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, or loose particles.
Application: Cut nozzle to desired size. Apply using a caulking gun in a continuous, steady bead, ensuring the joint is completely filled without trapping air.
Tooling: Finish tooling and smoothing within the tack-free time (~45 mins).
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool (>0°C), dry, ventilated place. Use promptly after opening.
